Canon first appeared in Indonesia when selling its products in 1976. Canon does not have an office in Indonesia and is currently working with authorized distributors to distribute a variety of Canon products ranging from consumer to business and medical products.
Canon's activities in Indonesia are monitored by Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd., which is Canon's regional headquarters in South & Southeast Asia. Canon Singapore directs sales, marketing and service strategies and leads 24 other markets including subsidiaries in India, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
